Version 3.2 of Map My Drive is now available for download in the Apple App Store. It brings more great features and fixes!
The first big feature is the ability to see altitude. The altitude can be turned on from a setting on the settings page of the app. When turned on, your current altitude will be displayed on the map as you are tracking a route, start/stop pins, selected weather pins, and selected interval pins. Another new smaller feature comes when editing the route name. There is now a clear button to clear the route name and any words entered will be capitalized.
As for fixes, first are some general enhancements have been made to make tracking more performant. The weather pin has been delayed slightly so it won’t overlap with the start pin. Resolved an issue where a selected weather pin was showing the relevant information. When editing a route name and then navigating back to the map screen, the route name will be displayed correctly now. Lastly, a small text misspelling was fixed when selecting stop pins.
That’s all for now. Keep an eye out for more updates for both iOS and Android!
