Waterford Hills Road Racing

May 28 @ 10:00 am - 4:30 pm

$136

This is not a typical track day. This is a private group rental. The track is rented for 12 cars. The paddock opens at 10am to get setup and get your car ready. We are allowed on the track starting at 12pm. We need to be off the track at 4pm and out of the paddock by 6pm. Rain or shine, the track will be open and we will be running during this time. While on the track, long pants, closed toe shoes, and a SNELL rated helmet that’s 2010 or newer.

You must inspect your own car to ensure that it is safe to drive. Since there will only be three corner workers and no paramedics, you are expected to drive with others and your safety in mind. Local ordinances require keeping the noise level at the property line below 75 dB. This is monitored, enforced, and only one warning will be given. If your car is too loud or you are driving too recklessly, you may be kicked off track at the discretion of the track personnel. Guests are allowed at the track. They are also allowed as passengers provided they have an approved helmet, long pants, and closed toe shoes.

There will be no run groups so you can get as much track time as you want, however it’s strongly advised to pick 20 minute or 30 minute intervals to let your car cool down. Note that while there will be 12 cars, only 10 are allowed on track at any given time. This shouldn’t be an issue, just something to be aware of.

Any damages to the track caused by you will be your sole responsibility to fix and/or pay for separate from the deposit. On track accidents will not usually be charged. However, the type of damage that may be charged are the damages caused by horse play, showing off, or not following common sense safety practices.
